Taught by Dorothy Mandrakos, Fitness Fusion introduces you to the healing arts of Qigong, yoga, and meditation. Qigong is a moving meditation that is both relaxing and invigorating. Yoga increases strength and flexibility. Meditation allows you to clear your mind and improve concentration.
Please have a wall, sturdy chair, and a mat available during class.
Beginners welcome! Free & open to all ages.
