Grades 7-12. Newcomers to the teen library volunteer program will get an overview, introductory folder and information on some upcoming volunteer opportunities.

(6) Mondays: May 11, 18 & June 8, 15, 22, 29 from 6:30pm-7:30pm (no class 5/25, 6/1)

A librarian will give you a tour of the teen room, collections and cool things the library has to offer, so that you can spread the word! Provide your feedback and opinions.

Please join us for an informative stroke awareness and prevention lecture focused on recognizing early warning signs of strokes and understanding the risk factors that can lead to them.

(6) Tuesdays: May 12, 19, 26 & June 2, 9, 16 from 10 am-11 am.

Assist our librarians with a variety of tasks after school, which will vary on the day. Please note, due to the small number of spaces, this program is restricted to CSH library card holders only.

For children in grades 1-5

Have a paw-some time and practice your reading skills by reading to a certified therapy dog!  Each child will have 15 minutes to read to a dog.

Join librarians Allison and Diane for a monthly book group! Dive into a new read and meet for an in-person book discussion.

Grades 7-12. Earn community service credit for assisting our librarians with this children's program for kids ages K-5 including setup, operating the program and cleanup.
