Bring your unwanted/used computers, cell phones, printers, televisions, tablets, keyboards, cables, wires, circuit boards, or stereos to the Library parking lot for safe disposal by Eco Tech Management.

Assist our librarians in set-up, break-down, and conducting crafts and stalls at our annual Environmental Fair.

Featuring crafts, raffles, animals and more! Meet and speak with Long Island conservation, wildlife and environmental organizations who will have tables set up.

In the event of a library closure, the makeup date for the January-February session of Morning Watercolor will be Monday, April 21.

Grades 7-12. Newcomers to the teen library volunteer program will get an overview, introductory folder and information on some upcoming volunteer opportunities. Report to the Teen Desk on the lower level.

This is an in-person program that will take place in the library.

Grades 7-12. Earn 1 hour of community service credit meeting with peers to discuss library programs, collection development ideas and overall feedback about being a teen at the library! Make your opinion known.

In the event of a library closure, the make-up date for this class is April 22nd. 

Bring your own supplies to the library to join others who also love to paint! This is a two-hour, open practice paint session without instruction.  Registration required.

Create your own sweet chicks to take home

Registration is preferred.

Learn this technique using dried flowers, a simple collage method, and watercolor paints. Have some fun and go home with beautiful artwork to frame!

Decorate bookmarks that we will laminate and provide to the community at our circulation desk! We will have ideas for seasonal themes on hand.. this is light and fun community service event. Earn 1 hour of community service.

Registration for this program will open on the date of the previous month's Page Turners Book Discussion.

Grades 7-12. Earn community service credit for assisting our librarians with this children's program for ages 2-5 including setup, operating the program and cleanup.
