This fitness program runs from September 8 through October 27.
Students at all levels of yoga practice are invited to participate in this all-inclusive class. A certified and experienced instructor, Nancy Kelly modifies her teaching to match each student's abilities. Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes or sneakers and have a yoga mat and a blanket or cushion available.
Please register by 10:00pm the night before to receive the program link.
