Event Details

Grades 5-12. In these fun classes, students will learn basic yoga poses for strengthening, stretching and balance, as well as tools for staying calm and focused even when stressed. No experience necessary; please bring a yoga mat. Taught by Alice Weiser, certified Yoga and Children’s Yoga Teacher.
