Discover the abstract paintings of modern artist Helen Frankenthaler then have fun creating your own art based on her soak-stain method.

Grades 6-12. Our librarians will pull out highlights from our teen Makerspace for you to delve into fun crafts.

A beginning storytime filled with more advanced stories, songs, fingerplays, movement, and crafts.

Registration with a Cold Spring Harbor Library Card is required!

Assist our librarians with a variety of tasks after school, which will vary on the day. Please note, due to the small number of spaces, this program is restricted to CSH library card holders only. 

Decorate bookmarks that we will give out at the check-out desk to patrons. Earn 1 hour of community service credit.

Miss Maybell & Charlie Judkins came together in 2018, bonding over their mutual love of early Jazz, Ragtime and Blues music of the 1890’s - 1920’s.

Exhibit: May 6-May 28 (during library hours)
Reception: May 9, open from 6:30pm-8:00pm

Grades 7-12. Earn community service credit for assisting our librarians with this childrens program including setup, operating the program and cleanup. Report to the childrens desk on the day of the event to check in.
