What Did The Declaration Actually Declare?

In this session we will study some of the decisions from Parliament concerning colonial affairs in the buildup to the American Revolution.  Our analysis will include a dissection of the Declaration of Independence to get a better sense of its intent and the historical underpinnings of its central themes.
