For those entering grades 6-9 in the Fall, Via Zoom. Informational meeting to discuss Battle of the Books 2022. Summer Battle of the Books is a Suffolk County-wide book trivia competition where participants read a selection of books and test their knowledge against peers from other libraries. Our team will include 6 team members, up to 2 backups and our teen volunteer coach. 

Battle of the Books includes:

- Weekly Meetings to Discuss the books here at the library 

- Free Copies of the books (announced on the day of pickup!)

- We make a unique team name, logo and outfits to hype us up!

- Debut and pickup of books starting in Mid May, practices starting in late June up to the dates of the event in Mid August. 

- The competition itself, which will be in person at a venue (as yet determined) here in Suffolk County
