Program Description
Event Details
Recognize the signs of opioid and medicine overdose and how to respond in an emergency. All ages welcome, 16 and up to receive the training. Those 16-17 years require guardian consent to receive a free Naloxone kit (see attached file on this page). Program run by Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Services.
Program limited to CSH library card holders only, due to limited spacing.
Teen volunteers will receive 1 hour of community service credit in our logs for attending the event.
