Wednesdays at 10:00am.


Students at all levels of yoga practice are invited to participate in this all-inclusive class. A certified and experienced instructor, Nancy Kelly modifies poses to each student's abilities. Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes or sneakers and have a yoga mat and a blanket or cushion available.

Free & open to all. Please register by the evening before the program in order to receive the link.
