This virtual program runs from March 10th-April 21st. April 21st is the make-up date for the cancelled class (March 10th).

Led by Linda Cafiero, Tai Chi is an ancient art form integrating slow, gentle, meditative movements with awareness of breath to cultivate internal energy, release stress, and balance the body, mind, and spirit. Start off spring with a new Tai Chi form, offered for the first time at the Cold Spring Harbor Library! This class is appropriate for all levels!
