For children ages 2-5 with adult

Grades 7-12. Newcomers to the teen library volunteer program will get an overview, introductory folder and information on some upcoming volunteer opportunities.

(6) Wednesdays: May 6, 13, 20, 27 & June 3, 10 from 6:30-8:30 pm 

Decorate, design and create themed collage bookmarks ahead of our 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution observances. These bookmarks will be laminated and given out to the community at our Circulation Desk.

(6) Thursdays: May 14, 21, 28 & June 4, 11, 18 from 10am-11am 
In the event of a library closure, the makeup date for the May-June session is June 25. 

For children ages 2-3

A beginning storytime filled with more advanced stories, songs, fingerplays, movement, and crafts.

Registration with a Cold Spring Harbor Library Card is required!

Join art historian, Jay Schuck, as he examines how the ideals of Ancient Greece and Rome shaped the visual culture of Revolutionary America.

Grades 7-12. Earn community service credit for assisting our librarians with this children's program for kids ages K-5 including setup, operating the program and cleanup.

For children in grades K-5

(5) Fridays: May 22, 29 & June 5, 12, 19 from 1pm to 3:30pm 
In the event of a library closure, the makeup date for this class will be June 26, 2026.

For children of all ages

Use your imagination and create your own artwork using magic foam!

(6) Mondays: May 4, 11, 18, & June 1, 8, 15 from 10 am-12 pm (no 5/25)

In the event of a library closure, the makeup for this class is scheduled for Monday, June 22.
