Yoga for All Levels
This hybrid fitness program runs from September 7 through October 26.
Students at all levels of yoga practice are invited to participate in this all-inclusive class. A certified and experienced instructor, Nancy Kelly modifies her teaching to match each student's abilities.
You can attend this session via Zoom or in-person at the library. When registering, please put in the notes section whether you will be attending via ZOOM or IN-PERSON.
