This is an in-person class that will take place at the library.

Learn the traditional art of pasta making and create beautifully embossed semolina Cavatelli. Cavatelli pairs beautifully with vodka sauce.  Enjoy a Vodka sauce demo and a tasty sampling of this creamy tomato-based sauce that will surely become a family favorite!
