When leaves change colors for the fall, it’s time for some colorful stories of the season! Salem, Massachusetts, might be best known for its gruesome witch trials, but it wasn’t the first to try the devil – East Hampton was ahead of it by more than three decades! Sleepy Hollow may be famous for its headless horseman, but there’s another Revolutionary-era soldier spooking the quiet town. That one, with his head still attached, has also been seen roaming quaint Oyster Bay! Unexplained sightings, chilling tales of restless and lovelorn souls, eerie woods, children’s ghostly laughter and many other surprising stories abound. Are they all true? Partially factual? Completely fanciful? You decide at this very different Savvy Sightseer Travelogue!
