This is an in-person program and will take place at the library.
Do you have an interest in baking? Introducing the new workshop series, “Decorator’s Corner,” where you can learn all about cake decorating 101. Hosted by Irena Dabakarov. This first workshop will be all about how to level a cake, what tools you should use and how to use them, and all about the consistencies of buttercream and how to work with it. You will be supplied with gourmet buttercream made from scratch, and will need to bring the following items:
- a 6-inch cake (one you would like to learn how to level)
- icing spatula
- cake turner
- cake leveler
